Enrollment and Registration
- Eligibility: Children from 0 to 13 years old are eligible for enrollment.
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child's spot in our programs.
- Required Documentation: Parents must complete all required forms, including emergency contact information, medical records, and consent forms.
Payment and Fees
- Tuition: Fees are due weekly or monthly, depending on the chosen payment plan. All payments must be made in advance.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Government subsidies are accepted for eligible families.
- Late Fees: Late payment will incur an additional fee. Continuous late payments may result in termination of services.
- Refunds: Refunds are not provided for days missed due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.
Attendance and Withdrawal
- Attendance: Regular attendance is required to ensure the child's progress and participation in activities.
- Absences: Parents must notify the day care in advance of any planned absences. Unreported absences may be subject to follow-up.
- Withdrawal: A written notice is required at least two weeks in advance for the withdrawal of a child from our program. Failure to provide notice may result in a penalty fee.
Health and Safety
- Health Requirements: Children must have up-to-date immunizations and a health check-up before enrollment.
- Illness Policy: Children showing signs of illness must be kept at home. If a child becomes ill during the day, parents will be contacted to pick up their child immediately.
- Medication Administration: Written consent from parents and a physician’s note are required for the administration of any medication.
- Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, parents will be notified immediately. Emergency medical care will be sought if necessary.
Conduct and Behavior
- Code of Conduct: Children are expected to follow the day care's code of conduct, which includes respect for staff, peers, and property.
- Behavioral Issues: Repeated behavioral issues may result in meetings with parents to create a behavior management plan. Persistent issues may lead to suspension or termination of services.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- Personal Information: All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of child care services.
- Photo and Video Consent: Parents must provide consent for their child to be photographed or videotaped for day care activities and promotional materials.
Changes to Terms
- Modification of Terms: Destiny & Marjorie Kids Day Care reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of any significant changes.
